Friends, here’s a short one ‘cuz life’s heading towards tornado alley. Warm air meeting cool, it’s all part of nature but it still packs a punch.
Here’s a good item of note, a couple weeks back I blocked out an afternoon and tuned up my guitar and performed to the microphone and video camera. The song this time was “Here, There, and Everywhere” with all of my added twists and turns. It came out pretty good and it lives happily ever after on YouTube, patiently waiting for folks like you to take it for a spin. Let me know… Up for this week we’ll be at Croce’s on Thursday night. The band is Leonard on vocals, Tripp on sax and flute, and me on guitar. I LOVE this combination and we’ve got killer tunes to launch and explore. Hope to see you there! And next, Friday morning I jump on a plane headed for South Carolina to play a hit with Dianne Reeves and the band. I don’t think I’ve ever been there so that’ll be cool. But the reality is it’s a tight schedule and the real deal will be the concert on Saturday evening. Dianne’s voice is amazing and that’s the reason to travel all that way. Wish you could be there… There it is for this week. I’m warming up the doppler radar machine to help predict the path where the life cyclone will lead. Spinning… all best, Peter |
