He’s a mandolin player and also in his group is drummer Thiago “Big” Rabello and keyboardist Salomão Soares. They’ve got it going on and they’re coming through SD next week. For this week’s vid release we’ve got an augmented band playing a track from my 2025 album called All You Need is Love — Peter Sprague Plays The Beatles.

“Got to Get You Into My Life” was first released on The Beatles’ Revolver album in 1966. At our house in Del Mar we played this album continuously and the sound of the horns really captured my attention. Big band rock music!

For our version we’ve got Rebecca Jade singing up a storm, some alt harmonic moves, plus a radical interlude after the solo section that had us running for cover. Bombs away!
